Looking for a ski program for your school?
If sold out online, walk-ups may be available on a first-come, first-serve basis. We DO NOT take over-the-phone reservations; however, you can call around 3 pm the day before you plan to visit to find out if there are lesson slots available for the next day. To reserve lessons the day of, we encourage you to get here early (7:30-7:45 am) to ensure you’re one of the first customers in line.
Ski & Ride School Office hours:
8:00 am - 3:30 pm.
Refund Policy: We understand that plans can change. If you are unable to visit on your reserved lesson(s), we are happy to either move your reservation date or apply the value of your purchase to your resort account for future use. To receive a reservation change or resort credit, you must notify us either by calling the Ski & Ride School at 530/926-8619 (leave a voicemail if we don't answer) or email us at lessons@skipark.com at least 48 hours prior to the date of your visit. Outside of this 48-hour advance notice requirement, all purchases are considered final. Refunds, or reservation date changes, are not permitted within 48 hours of your visit except in circumstances where Mt. Shasta Ski Park, at its sole discretion, determines an exception is warranted. In the event the resort is unable to operate for the full operational day due to conditions outside our control, we will refund or reallocate your purchase. Reduced operations, weather variability, or partial-day impacts do not qualify.
