Tour deep into the Mt. Shasta Ski Park backcountry for a truly secluded overnight adventure—getting there is part of the experience! With over 250 acres of pristine backcountry terrain to explore, our cozy backcountry cabins offer the perfect basecamp for powder seekers or a peaceful off-grid retreat. Accessible only by backcountry skiing or splitboarding, the uphill trek typically takes 1-2 hours, and skins are required for both skis and splitboards.

Your booking includes two rustic cabins—a cooking cabin with essentials like a wood stove, propane lantern, solar lights, and chairs. The sleeping cabin features a wood stove and bunks for seven with foam mattresses. An outhouse with a composting toilet is provided, along with a portable fireplace for added comfort. Unplug and unwind with books, board games, darts, and cards as you embrace the quiet beauty of the backcountry.
