Ticket sales are set at a limited capacity, you can purchase online or in person, however, if we are at capacity no sales online or in-person will be available.

Tips, Tricks, and FAQs
In order to expedite the fitting process for you and your children, please have your Height, Weight, and Shoe Size ready (please specify Standard or Wide Width).
Only full-day rentals are available online. Half-day reservations can be made during week days, in person.
For multi-day rentals, book a single day online and inform the rental staff you’d like to extend your booking upon arrival to receive a discounted rate.
Due to manufacturer’s certification, we cannot pair our boots to your skis.
We do not rent clothing or goggles, but they can be purchased in our retail shop located next door to the rental shop.
To ensure the safety and well-being of our guests, strict cleaning and sanitation protocols will be followed throughout the check-out and check-in process.
Refund Policy:
We understand that plans can change. If you are unable to visit on your reserved date(s), we are happy to either move your reservation date or apply the value of your purchase to your resort account for future use. To receive a reservation change or resort credit, you must notify us by emailing us at rentals@skipark.com at least 48 hours prior to the date of your visit. Outside of this 48-hour advance notice requirement, all purchases are considered final. Refunds, or reservation date changes, are not permitted within 48 hours of your visit except in circumstances where Mt. Shasta Ski Park, at its sole discretion, determines an exception is warranted. In the event the resort is unable to operate for the full operational day due to conditions outside our control, we will refund or reallocate your purchase. Reduced operations, weather variability, or partial-day impacts do not qualify.
