All Mountain lift access from 9 am to close for a single day. This product is valid for the specified date only.

Half-day tickets can only be purchased in person at our ticketing office after 12pm. This ticket grants you full lift access from 12pm until closing.

We understand that plans can change. If you are unable to visit on your reserved date, we are happy to either change your reservation date or apply the value of your purchase to your resort account for future use. To receive a date change, transfer of ticket, or resort credit, you must notify us by email at tickets@skipark.comat least 48 hours prior to the date of your visit. Outside of this 48-hour advance notice requirement, all purchases are considered final. Refunds, rollovers, or reallocations are not permitted within 48 hours of your visit except in circumstances where Mt. Shasta Ski Park, at its sole discretion, determines an exception is warranted. In the event the resort is unable to operate for the full operational day due to conditions outside our control, we will refund or reallocate your purchase. Reduced operations, weather variability, or partial-day impacts do not qualify. All season passes and partially used 5-Day passes are non-transferable and non-refundable.

We use a reusable and reloadable RFID card for lift tickets, rentals, and lessons. Once your Season pass/Day Ticket is put onto your RFID card ticket checkers will be able to scan your pass and grant you access to ride the chairlift. RFID cards are a one-time $5 purchase that you can keep and use season after season!

RFID cards are easy to replace if they get lost or damaged. Simply visit our Guest services office and purchase a new RFID card for $5. Your previous RFID card will no longer be associated with your account.

Yes, you can add day tickets, lessons, rentals, and resort credit onto your RFID card via our ecommerce page by logging into the ski park account associated with your RFID card.
