Who is Eligible?

Skiers and Snowboarders aged 3 and older for individual lessons.

Additional guest(s), up to four guests age 5+.

Skiers and Snowboarders can not be in the same class.

Lesson Times

Half-Day AM lesson | 10 am to 12 pm

Half-Day PM lesson | 1 pm to 3 pm

Full-Day Lesson | 10 am to 12 pm, and 1 pm to 3 pm (parent or guardian will need to pick up students for their lunch break.)

Please arrive 2 hours prior to your lesson and check in with staff at the Learning Center. Make sure you have dressed appropriately and are ready when you arrive at the mountain.

Private Lesson Rates

Private lesson prices do not include rental equipment or a lift ticket.

Holiday Dates: December 15-January 15, February 16-25

Reservations

All-day lessons can be purchased in advance online, or in-person the day of, if there is space.

If sold out online, walk-ups may be available on a first-come, first-serve basis. We DO NOT take over-the-phone reservations; however, you can call around 3 pm the day before you plan to visit to find out if there are lesson slots available for the next day. To reserve lessons the day of, we encourage you to get here early (7:30-7:45 am) to ensure you’re one of the first customers in line. The Learning Center office hours are 8 am-3:30 pm.

Half-day Lessons

Must be reserved the day of, in person.

Lessons are subject to availability and are made on a first-come, first-serve basis. Enrollment begins at 8 am at the Learning Center windows. Lessons often sell out quickly, particularly during peak time of the season. 

Full-Day Lessons

All online purchases can be made in advance if there is space. If you plan to book the day of, you must do that in person 2 hours before the scheduled lesson time.

Refund Policy:

Online purchases are refundable and/or transferable 10 or more days before the arrival date. Online purchases can be transferred to a future date or another person 4 to 9 days before the arrival date. Online purchases are nonrefundable and nontransferable 0 to 3 days before the arrival date. Mt. Shasta Ski Park reserves the right to change operation dates and times at their own discretion due to conditions. If the park is closed due to unforeseeable events, it is at the discretion of the Mt Shasta Ski Park to transfer or refund the lift ticket. By adding this item to the cart and purchasing the product, the individual(s) agree to this statement.

Liability Waiver

Everyone renting equipment or taking a lesson is required to have this form on file. If a parent or guardian will not be attending with a minor, the parent or guardian can sign the form linked below in advance.
